Dan has been in the construction business since 1979. He has had his own company since 2000 as a licensed contractor. Dan has been involved with numerous projects with every imaginable concept in the restaurant industry. Projects such as Chipotle Mexican Grill, Starbuck’s Coffee and 333 South Hope Street, where has done extensive horizontal duct work. Dan’s scope of work is stainless steel kitchen equipment, custom exhaust hoods and ducts.
